Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and services provided by Wayland Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (“Wayland”, “we”, “us”), including our in-development product codenamed “Daisy” (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2) Use of the Services
- You will use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer the Services.
- You will not transmit spam or unlawful communications through the Services.
3) Provider responsibilities
If you use Daisy to request or track payments, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of amounts, descriptions, and recipient details, and for complying with applicable tax and consumer laws.
4) Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., messaging platforms, payment services). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
5) Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose non-public information you learn about the Services, including unreleased features, unless you have our written permission.
6) Intellectual property
Wayland retains all rights in the Services, including software, designs, and trademarks. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.
7) Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Daisy is under development and may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayland will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or to protect the security and integrity of the Services.
10) Refunds and cancellations
Subscription fees paid to Wayland for Daisy are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Wayland expressly approves a refund at its discretion.
A provider may cancel their Daisy subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but the provider will continue to have access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law or approved by Wayland.
Fees paid for add-on student capacity are recurring monthly charges and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Unused student capacity does not carry forward.
Fees paid for WhatsApp message add-on packs are non-refundable once purchased. Message add-on balances remain available until used, subject to continued account access and compliance with these Terms. Monthly plan message allowances lapse at the end of each billing period and do not carry forward.
Payments made by students to providers through Daisy or through any integrated payment service are payments to the relevant provider, not to Wayland. Any refund, cancellation, fee adjustment, or dispute relating to such student-provider payments must be handled between the student and the provider, subject to the provider’s own refund policy and the rules of the applicable payment service.
Payment gateway charges, processing fees, convenience fees, bank charges, taxes, or third-party service fees may be non-refundable unless the relevant third-party provider allows such refund. Wayland is not responsible for refunding charges collected or retained by third-party payment, banking, or messaging providers.
To request a refund or billing review, contact Wayland at info@waylandenterprises.com. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method where possible and may take time depending on the payment service provider or bank.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” above when changes occur.
